4 February Workshop

2016 February 4 the Health-Tech Centre of Excellence Organisational Model Development 2nd workshop was held in Lithuania University of Health Sciences (LUHS) “Santaka” Valley Centre for the Advanced Pharmaceutical and Health Technologies (Sukilėlių Av. 13, Kaunas). The aim of the workshop was to set organisational structure and governance (Organisational model) of the Health-Tech Centre of Excellence. The objectives of the workshop was to decide on a value creation strategy, organizational structure, development strategy and responsibilities and accountability.
