Partnership meeting in Lithuania in May 17-19, 2017

On 17-19th of May, 2017 project partners had the meeting in Nida, Lithuania. The main aim of the meeting was to refresh, discuss and improve of the HEALTH-TECH proposal, which is going to be submitted to H2020 call (WIDESPREAD-04-2017: Teaming Phase 2) under Work Programme 2018/2019. The objectives of this meeting were: - To overview and discuss about the competitors and what should be improved in HEALTH-TECH proposal under PHASE 2 in 2016. - To improve of the HEALTH-TECH proposal. - To confirm the Action Plan before the submission the updated HEALTH-TECH proposal to the Ministry of Education and Science. During this 3 day meeting all partners had 6 work Sessions regarding to the main aim of the meeting. On the first meeting day partners reviewed the evaluation of the project proposal and had the open discussion about what has been done well or what should be improved. During the second meeting day all partners discussed what they should improve in the project proposal sections: excellence and implementation. Partners decided to update the business model and financial plans of the Centre of Excellence. The last meeting day was dedicated for summarising the workshop and deciding on the homework for improvement of the project proposal.
